Certain people are required to have a visa to enter France.

If you need an invitation letter, please make an official request on your company’s headed notepaper with:

  • Name
  • Surname
  • Telephone & Fax
  • Photocopy of passport
  • Passport number
  • Expiration date of passport
  • Your company
  • Company address
  • Your job title

    Once we have received your request, we will send your invitation letter by fax. 

    Please note : only the French empassy can issue a visa. The letter of invitation does not imply that the organizers will be financing your visit.
